يكون لحملة الوثائق وللمستفيدين منها التى تبرمها الشركة وتنفذها فى جمهورية مصر العربية امتياز على الأموال المخصصة طبقا للمادتين (١٧٤ ، ١٧٥) من هذا القانون يأتى فى المرتبة بعد الامتياز المقرر فى الفقرة (أ) من المادة (١١٤١) من القانون المدنى ، وتؤشر الجهة المختصة بالشهر والتوثيق ، بناء على طلب الهيئة ، بهذا الامتياز على هامش كل تسجيل أو قيد خاص بهذه الأموال على أن تخطر الهيئة بكل تأشير يتم .
