لا يجوز لخبير التأمين الاستشارى من الأشخاص الطبيعيين أن يمارس أعمال الخبرة الاستشارية إلا بعد قيد اسمه فى السجل المعد لذلك بالهيئة .
ويتم القيد وفقا للشروط والقواعد والإجراءات التي يضعها مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
