تهدف الاتحادات المشار إليها في المادة (١١٦) من هذا القانون إلى تحقيق الأغراض الآتية :
١– العمل على تنمية مهارات العاملين فى المهن التأمينية والأنشطة التأمينية المرتبطة بها وفقا لطبيعة نشاط الاتحاد .
٢– التنسيق مع الهيئة فى المسائل المشتركة وتسوية المنازعات بين الأعضاء .
٣– توثيق الصلة بين الاتحاد وغيره من الاتحادات الأخرى في الداخل والخارج .
