Article 103 of the Unified Insurance Law

يجب على الهيئة شطب قيد الصندوق في الأحوال الآتية :
١– إذا توقف الصندوق عن مباشرة أعماله .
٢– إذا اندمج الصندوق فى صندوق آخر أو تم تحويله إلى وثيقة تأمين جماعية بذات الأعضاء .
٣– بعد انتهاء إجراءات تصفية الصندوق .
ويتم نشر قرار الشطب على الموقع الإلكترونى الذى تخصصه الهيئة لهذا الغرض .
