يشترط لتمتع مشروعات الاقتصاد غير الرسمى التى تقدمت بطلب الحصول
على ترخيص مؤقت لتوفيق أوضاعها وفقا لأحكام هذا الباب بالأحكام المنصوص
عليها فى المواد (٨٥،٨٦،٨٨) من هذا القانون أن تكون غير مسجلة ضريبيا فى
تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
