يجوز بقرار من الوزير المختص، بعد أخذ رأى الوزير المعنى بشئون التجارة الداخلية، وضع إجراءات ميسرة للقيد فى السجل التجارى للمشروعات التى تتقدم بطلب لتوفيق أوضاعها وإعفائها من بعض قواعد وإجراءات القيد الواردة فى القانون رقم ٣٤ لسنة ١٩٧٦ فى شأن السجل التجارى، وذلك خلال مدة الترخيص المؤقت .
