يكون للترخيص المؤقت جميع الآثار القانونية التى ترتبها التراخيص والموافقات وفقا للتشريعات ذات الصلة، ويحل الترخيص المؤقت محل أى موافقات أو إجراءات أخرى تحددها القوانين والتشريعات النافذة، عدا الموافقات التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء بناء على اقتراح الجهاز .
