تلتزم الجهات المشار إليها فى المادة (٤٧) من هذا القانون بإتاحة جميع بيانات الأراضى التى تخصص لأغراض المشروعات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون للجهاز، والتنسيق معه فى تخطيطها وفى تحديد شروط التصرف فيها وضوابطه .
وتحدد الجهات صاحبة الولاية مندوبين عنها فى وحدات تقديم الخدمات مزودين بخرائط للأراضى المتاحة، يكون لهم صلاحية التعاقد واتخاذ إجراءات التسجيل والشهر .
