للجهات المختصة بمنح تراخيص التشغيل أو تراخيص مزاولة النشاط أو غير ذلك من التراخيص والموافقات والتصاريح التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون، تفويض الجهاز فى منح التراخيص المشار إليها طبقا لأحكام القوانين المنظمة للنشاط المرخص به، ووفقا للضوابط التى يصدر بها قرار التفويض .
