يجوز للجهة صاحبة الولاية لأغراض إتاحة التمويل للمشروعات ، بناء على رغبة المشروع ، أن تخصص العقار بصفة مؤقتة باسم الجهة مقدمة التمويل مع تحمل المشروع لجميع الالتزامات الناشئة عن عقد التخصيص ، ويسرى هذا الحكم فى شأن نقل تخصيص قائم .
ويستمر التخصيص باسم المشروع عند انتهاء التخصيص المؤقت فى أى من الحالتين المنصوص عليهما فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة (١٣) من هذا القانون .
