لا تخضع توزيعات الأرباح الناتجة عن نشاط شركة الشخص الواحد من المشروعات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون للضريبة المقررة فى هذا الشأن وفقا للقانون المنظم للضريبة على الدخل ، وذلك إذا كان الشريك الوحيد من الأشخاص الطبيعيين .
