Article 106 of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises Development Law

مع عدم الإخلال بأى عقوبة أشد ينص عليها أى قانون آخر ، يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل
عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه كل من زاول نشاطا بالمخالفة لقرار إلغاء
الترخيص المؤقت طبقا للبندين (١ ، ٢) من المادة (٩٢) من هذا القانون .
ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه
ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من زاول نشاطا بالمخالفة
لقرار إلغاء الترخيص المؤقت طبقا للبند (٣) من المادة (٩٢) من هذا القانون .
