فى جميع الأحوال ، وفضلا عن العقوبات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون ، تقضى المحكمة بنشر حكم الإدانة فى جريدتين واسعتى الانتشار ، وعلى شبكات المعلومات الإلكترونية المفتوحة على نفقة المحكوم عليه .
وفى حالة العود ، تضاعف العقوبات الواردة فى هذا الفصل بحديها الأقصى والأدنى .
ويعاقب على الشروع فى ارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون بنصف العقوبة المقررة لها .
