بالإضافة إلى الالتزامات الواردة بالمادة ( ٩ ) من هذا القانون ، يلتزم مسئول حماية
البيانات الشخصية وتابعوه لدى المتحكم أو المعالج باتباع واستيفاء السياسات والإجراءات
التأمينية اللازمة لعدم خرق البيانات الشخصية الحساسة أو انتهاكها .
