يكون للهيئة المصرية للشراء الموحد مجلس إدارة برئاسة رئيس الهيئة ، يعين بدرجة وزير ، ويصدر بتشكيل مجلس الإدارة وتعديله ، وتحديد المعاملة المالية لرئيسه وأعضائه قرار من رئيس الجمهورية ، وتكون مدة العضوية فى مجلس الإدارة أربع سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمدة مماثلة .
