كل من يكون قد وصل إلى علمه بسبب التفتيش معلومات عن الأشياء والأوراق المضبوطة ، وأفضى بها إلى أى شخص غير ذى صفة أو انتفع بها بأية طريقة كانت ، يعاقب بالعقوبات المقررة بالمادة ٣١٠ من قانون العقوبات .
