تسقط العقوبة المحكوم بها في جناية بمضي عشرين سنة
ميلادية ، إلا عقوبة الإعدام فإنها تسقط بمضي ثلاثين سنة .
وتسقط العقوبة المحكوم بها في جنحة بمضي خمس سنين .
وتسقط العقوبة المحكوم بها في مخالفة بمضي سنتين .
