يجوز استئناف الأحكام الصادرة في الدعوى المدنية من محكمة جنايات أول
درجة من المدعى بالحقوق المدنية أو المسئول عنها أو المتهم فيما يختص بالحقوق
المدنية وحدها، إذا كانت التعويضات المطلوبة تزيد على النصاب الذي تحكم فيه
المحكمة الابتدائية نهائيا.
