تنتهى الحراسة بصدور حكم حضورى فى الدعوى أو بثوت المتهم حقيقة أو حكما وفقا لقانون الأحوال الشخصية ، وبعد انتهاء الحراسة يقدم الحارس حسابا عن إدارته .
