لا يقضى في الأمر الجنائي بغير الغرامة والعقوبات التكميلية والتضمينات
وما يجب رده والمصاريف، ويجوز أن يقضى فيه بالبراءة أو برفض الدعوى المدنية
أو بوقف تنفيذ العقوبة».

لا يقضى في الأمر الجنائي بغير الغرامة التي لا تجاوز ألف جنيه
والعقوبات التكميلية والتضمينات وما يجب رده والمصاريف ، ويجوز أن يقضى فيه
بالبراءة أو برفض الدعوى المدنية أو بوقف تنفيذ العقوبة ».

لا يقضى فى الأمر بغير الغرامة والتضمينات وما يجب رده والمصاريف ، ولا يجوز أن تجاوز الغرامة عشرة جنيهات .
