لمأمور الضبط القضائى عند انتقاله فى حالة التلبس بالجرائم أن يمنع الحاضرين من مبارحة محل الواقعة أو الابتعاد عنه حتى يتم تحرير المحضر ، وله أن يستحضر فى الحال من يمكن الحصول منه على إيضاحات فى شأن الواقعة .
