يجب على كل من علم من الموظفين العموميين أو المكلفين بخدمة عامة أثناء تأدية عمله أو بسبب تأديته بوقوع جريمة من الجرائم التى يجوز للنيابة العامة رفع الدعوى عنها بغير شكوى أو طلب ، أن يبلغ عنها فورا النيابة العامة ، أو أقرب مأمور من مأمورى الضبط القضائى .
