على مأموري الضبط القضائي ورجال السلطة العامة
أن يبرزوا ما يثبت شخصياتهم وصفاتهم عند مباشرة أي عمل أو إجراء ، منصوص عليه
قانونا ، ولا يترتب على مخالفة هذا الواجب بطلان العمل أو الإجراء ، وذلك دون إخلال
بتوقيع الجزاء التأديبي.
