متى انتهى التحقيق يرسل قاضى التحقيق الأوراق إلى النيابة العامة ، وعليها أن تقدم له طلباتها كتابة خلال ثلاثة أيام إذا كان المتهم محبوسا وعشرة أيام إذا كان مفرجا عنه .
وعليه أن يخطر باقى الخصوم ليبدوا ما قد يكون لديهم من أقوال .
