عند الانتهاء من سماع أقوال الشاهد ، يجوز للخصوم إبداء ملاحظاتهم عليها .
ولهم أن يطلبوا من قاضى التحقيق سماع أقوال الشاهد عن نقط أخرى يبينونها .
وللقاضى دائما أن يرفض توجيه أى سؤال ليس له تعلق بالدعوى ، أو يكون فى صيغته مساس بالغير .
