العمل بهذا القانون أن يوفق أوضاعه طبقا لأحكامه خلال مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر من تاريخ
صدور لائحته التنفيذية ، وذلك وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التي تنص عليها هذه اللائحة .
