تختص الهيئة باعتماد الجهات الأجنبية المختصة بإصدار شهادات
التصديق الإلكتروني ، وذلك نظير المقابل الذى يحدده مجلس إدارة الهيئة ، وفى هذه
الحالة تكون للشهادات التى تصدرها تلك الجهات ذات الحجية فى الإثبات
المقررة لما تصدره نظيراتها فى الداخل من شهادات نظيرة ، وذلك كله وفقا للقواعد
والإجراءات والضمانات التى تقررها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
