ينشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية ، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره ، وعلى وزيري الخزانة والإصلاح الزراعي وإصلاح الأراضي إصدار القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذه كل فيما يخصه .
صدر برياسة الجمهورية في ١٨ شعبان سنة ١٣٨٢ ( ١٤ يناير سنة ١٩٦٣ ) .
