تتحمل الجهة المختصة بصرف تعويض الأجر مصاريف انتقال المريض بوسائل الانتقال العادية
من محل الإقامة إلى مكان العلاج إذا كان يقع خارج المدينة التي يقيم بها، وبوسائل الانتقال
الخاصة متى قرر الطبيب المعالج أن حالة المريض الصحية لا تسمح باستعماله وسائل الانتقال
العادية.
وتتبع في تنظيم الانتقال ومصاريفه القواعد التي يصدر بها قرار من رئيس الهيئة بناء على موافقة
مجلس الإدارة.
وفي جميع الأحوال، لا تسري أحكام تعويض الأجر ومصاريف الانتقال على أصحاب المعاشات
أو المستحقين.
