Article 75 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

تتولى الهيئة المعنية بالتأمين الصحي علاج المصاب أو المريض ورعايته طبيا إلى أن يشفى أو
يثبت عجزه، وللهيئة الحق في ملاحظة المصاب أو المريض حيثما يجرى علاجه.
ويقصد بالعلاج والرعاية الطبية ما هو منصوص عليه في المادة (٤٧) من هذا القانون، وكذلك
الرعاية الطبية والعلاج للمؤمن عليهن أثناء الحمل والولادة.
