Article 66 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

لا يجوز للمصاب أو المستحقين عنه التمسك ضد الهيئة بالتعويضات التي تستحق عن الإصابة
طبقا لأي قانون آخر.
كما لا يجوز لهم ذلك أيضا بالنسبة لصاحب العمل إلا إذا كانت الإصابة قد نشأت عن خطأ من
جانبه.
