تلتزم الجهة المختصة بجميع الحقوق المقررة وفقا لأحكام هذا الباب حتى ولو كانت الإصابة
تقتضي مسئولية شخص آخر خلاف صاحب العمل دون إخلال بما يكون للمؤمن عليه من حق قبل
الشخص المسئول.
