Article 166 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه، كل من حصل على أموال الهيئة بغير حق أو قام بإعطاء بيانات غير صحيحة أو امتنع عن إعطاء بيانات مما يجب الإفصاح عنها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون أو القرارات أو اللوائح المنفذة له مع علمه بذلك.
ويعاقب بذات العقوبة كل من تعمد عدم الوفاء بالمبالغ المستحقة للهيئة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون عن طريق إعطاء بيانات خاطئة أو إخفاء بيانات.
