تسري حدود الجمع بين المعاشات أو بين المعاش والدخل المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون على حالات الاستحقاق السابقة على تاريخ العمل به التي حرم فيها المستحق من المعاش الآخر أو جزء منه تطبيقا لحدود الجمع السابقة، وذلك في حدود الجزء غير الموزع من المعاش.
