Article 148 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

تنشأ بالهيئة لجان لفحص المنازعات الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون، ويصدر بتشكيلها ونظام عملها ومكافآت أعضائها قرار من رئيس الهيئة بعد موافقة مجلس إدارة الهيئة.
وعلى أصحاب الأعمال والمؤمن عليهم وأصحاب المعاشات والمستحقين وغيرهم من المستفيدين قبل اللجوء إلى القضاء تقديم طلب إلى الهيئة لعرض النزاع على اللجان المشار إليها لتسويته بالطرق الودية.
ومع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة (١١٨) من هذا القانون، لا يجوز رفع الدعوى قبل مضى ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب المشار إليه.
