يلتزم صاحب العمل بموافاة الهيئة ببيان بأسماء العاملين لديه الذين تنتهى خدمتهم بسبب بلوغ سن استحقاق المعاش، وذلك قبل موعد انتهاء الخدمة بثلاثة أشهر على الأقل.
ويلتزم صاحب العمل في القطاع الخاص عن كل شهر يتأخر فيه عن إخطار الهيئة بانتهاء خدمة المؤمن عليه بأداء مبلغ إضافي بنسبة (٢٠٪) من قيمة الاشتراك المستحق عن الشهر الأخير من مدة اشتراك المؤمن عليه، وذلك في الحالات وبالشروط والقواعد التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
