Article 107 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

يعاد توزيع المعاش بين المستحقين من أول الشهر التالي لتحقق إحدى الوقائع الآتية:
١- طلاق أو ترمل البنت أو الأخت.
٢- عجز الابن أو الأخ عن الكسب.
وتتضمن اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون قواعد وإجراءات تنفيذ أحكام هذا الباب.
