يشترط لاستحقاق الإخوة والأخوات بالإضافة إلى شروط استحقاق الأبناء والبنات أن يثبت
إعالة المؤمن عليه أو صاحب المعاش إياهم وفقا للشروط والأوضاع التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية.
ويتم إعادة بحث شروط الإعالة المشار إليها بالفقرة السابقة عند كل تعديل يطرأ على حالة
المعاش.
