يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء بعد العرض من وزيرى الموارد المائية والرى والزراعة واستصلاح الأراضى ، اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ، وإلى أن تصدر هذه اللائحة يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات القائمة فى تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون والقانون المرافق وبما لا يتعارض مع أحكامه .
