فى حالة احتمال وقوع خطر من طغيان المياه يجوز للمدير العام المختص أن يطلب عون مسئولى الإدارة وأجهزة الحماية المدنية المختصة بوزارة الداخلية لاتخاذ الإجراءات والأعمال الفورية لدرء الخطر وبغير حاجة لصدور قرار من الوزير بإعلان قيام حالة الخطر .
