للمهندس المختص أو المكلف بعمله الحق فى دخول جميع مواقع الآبار للتفتيش على مطابقة استخدام البئر للشروط المتضمنة فى الترخيص واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لإزالة أية مخالفة وتحصيل قيمة التكاليف بالإزالة بالطرق الإدارية .
