Article 66 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

لا يجوز لصاحب المركب أو صاحب شحنته مطالبة الحكومة بتعويض عن أى تأخير بسبب إقفال أحد الأهوسة أو فتح أحد الكبارى الملاحية المقامة على مجرى نهر النيل وفرعيه أو المجارى المائية أو بسبب تغير مناسيب المياه أو إجراءات الموازنات اللازمة لتوزيع المياه فى أى مجرى من المجارى المذكورة ، وذلك فى حالات الضرورة والظروف الطارئة والقوة القاهرة .
