إذا تبين للإدارة العامة المختصة أن تصرف مآخذ المياه الخاصة المعدة لري الزمامات المقررة يزيد أو ينقص عن حاجة الأرض المخصصة لها فللإدارة أن تقوم
بتعديلها بما يحقق الغرض منها وذلك على نفقة الدولة ، ويعتمد التعديل من المدير العام المختص على أن ينفذ فى المواعيد المناسبة للزراعة ، وإذا طلب المالك أو الحائز أو المستأجر من الإدارة العامة المختصة إجراء تعديلات أخرى جاز للإدارة بعد دراستها والموافقة عليها أن تقوم بها على نفقته الخاصة .
