يجب على ملاك الأراضى أو حائزيها أو مستأجريها المنتفعين بالمساقى والمصارف الخاصة أو الآبار الجوفية الخاصة أو منشآت الرى والصرف الخاصة تطهيرها وإزالة النباتات والحشائش المعوقة لسير المياه بها وصيانتها وحفظ جسورها فى حالة جيدة .
