يصدر الوزير, بعد أخذ رأى الهيئة, اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ونموذج العقد الابتدائى والنظام الأساسى لشركة المساهمة العاملة فى مجال تلقى الأموال لاستثمارها وذلك خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون.
