يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشخص الاعتباري بذات العقوبة المقررة
على الأفعال التي ترتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون متى ثبت علمه بها وكان
إخلاله بواجبات الإدارة قد أسهم في وقوع الجريمة.
ويكون الشخص الاعتباري مسئولا بالتضامن مع المحكوم عليه عن الوفاء بما
يحكم به من عقوبات مالية وتعويضات.
