تصدر الجهة الإدارية المختصة قرارها مسببا في الطلب وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما تاريخ تقديمه.
ويعتمد قرار الجهة الإدارية المختصة من المحافظ خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إبلاغهم به بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول يحيل المحافظ الأمر خلال خمسة عشر يوما أخرى إلى الوزير المختص بشئون الإسكان ليصدر قراره خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الإحالة، ويكون قراره في ذلك نهائيا.
وتصدر الجهة الإدارية المختصة الترخيص وفقا للإجراءات التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
