يلتزم المهندس الكشف على التنفيذ والمقاول المنفذ بالتضامن فيما بينهما، باتخاذ الإجراءات والاحتياطيات اللازمة للمحافظة على سلامة البيئة، ووقاية وسلامة القائمين على التنفيذ والجيران والمارة والممتلكات والشوارع والممرات وما في باطن الأرض وما يعلوها من أجهزة ومرافق ومنشآت وغيرها، طبقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون في هذا الشأن.
