مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها في قانون العقوبات أو في غيره من القوانين يعاقب بالحبس الذي لا تقل مدته عن سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من استعمل بطاقة الغير أو مكنه من استعمال بطاقته بالتواطؤ.
