يعاقب على مخالفة حكم المادة (57) من هذا القانون بالحبس الذي لا تقل مدته عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على ثلاثة آلاف جنيه، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
